For use indoors or out, this live edged ASTM E136 non-combustible mantel shelf was replicated from a Pine wood beam found nestled in the woods near some old barns. Although its origin is unknown, its character is very much alive with its history. Saw marks, bark remnants, insect life, weathering and natural beauty are all meticulously captured and preserved by a patented molding material and then lovingly hand painted and finished. Made in the USA, this shelf has an 8 inch depth allowing for ample room on top for personal affects. Due to the natural imperfections captured from the reclaimed wood, the top of the mantel shelf will have natural offsets and depressions, versus a flush top, and the dimensions will vary slightly, i.e. shelf height and depth will be marginally different across the entire mantel. 6”H x 8”D 110lbs. When mounting your mantel, adhere to “clearances to combustibles” specifications of your fireplace insert or stove.

Each hand-hewn mantel piece starts as a solid log. Then they get hand-hewn and distressed by a highly skilled team of artisans. These rustic-looking beams are each unique from one another, including nail holes, knots, and hand-hewn marks. All mantels are kiln-dried to remove moisture and preserve the integrity of the wood, making them suitable for long-term use indoors. Rustic mantels are the perfect spot to display family photos or vintage collectibles and will enhance the rustic charm of any room. The mantel shelf gives a unique weathered look. These mantels are solid wood and should be mounted according to the wall construction wherever the mantel is displayed. Longer-length mantels may be heavy and exceed 80 pounds. Product dimensions will vary slightly being that it is a natural wood product. Please note: These mantels do not come with mounting hardware.

I stained mine a bright beachy blue color for my coast house and it’s beautiful. It adds just the pop of color I was looking for. I ordered it unfinished because staining it a color was always my plan. It was gorgeous before I even added the color. Kelly. Hugo, MN. Fri Aug 14 2026

The Cvetelin Hand Carved Wood Mantle is made of pine wood and is put together very well. I purchased the natural look so that I could paint it. I am using this mantle as a long shelf in my home office. I’m excited to get it on the wall and decorate it. I highly recommend this mantle! I will update the photos as soon as I get it on the wall.. Gaye. Palm Bay Florida. Sat May 18 2024

As an addition to your fireplace, a sturdy and beautiful mantelpiece will not disappoint. You can choose different colors of mantel shelves according to the decoration style.

Most shelves I have seen lately have been a lot smaller and not able to hold what I wanted to display. When I saw this and read the measurements it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as described. Besides being a great size the hardware it comes with to hang it is great. Having the wood bracket that you attach to the wall with the anchors is so much easier then having to level a heavy shelf. You just have to slide shelf on top of bracket and you are done. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.. Kristina. Philadelphia, PA. Tue Jul 23 2024

Our floating shelves are perfect for farmhouse wall decor and shelves for living room.

First two arrived very damaged. Third time was the charm and we got an undamaged one. Although it was a hassle ultimately Wayfair went out of their way to get one to us that wasn’t broken. For the price it was worth the hassle.. September. Wister, OK. Sun Apr 20 2025

I bought this a year ago and can say that it was very easy to install. I am by no means a major DIY person but it was simple enough to take the bracket, press it against the wall, make sure it was level and mark off the holes to predrill. I have had friends and family over who have complimented how nice it looks. Will definitely recommend this if you would like a mantel.. Steven. Redlands, CA. Thu Aug 13 2026
