The five stars go to Wayfair. Managing shipments isn't always perfect, but the team went above and beyond when my two toilets didn't arrive on time as promised. Thank you for taking care of us! The Toto toilets are always great; we already know this :). Kai Yin. San Jose, CA. Tue Jul 21 2026

This toilet basically makes my old toilet look like it belongs in the Stone Age. The automatic lid opening and closing is a great touch, and the heated seat, warm-air dryer, and dual-flush system take the whole bathroom experience up several notches. I also really like the comfort height—it’s much easier to sit down and stand back up without doing a squat workout every time. The built-in digital display gives it a surprisingly high-tech feel, while the tankless design keeps the look clean and modern. The automatic flushing works well, and the 1.28 GPF rating is a nice bonus for keeping water usage reasonable. Honestly, once you get used to a toilet that opens the lid for you, keeps your backside warm, and handles the cleanup duties, going back to a basic toilet feels like a serious downgrade. This is less “bathroom fixture” and more “personal throne.”. Kurt. Peoria, AZ. Mon Oct 05 2026

Toilet seems fine, but Wayfair customer support was terrible. They refused to help me even after my package was several days late. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from. Jayne. IN. Tue Jun 30 2026

We just received this and it is beautiful. It is very well packed and we’re very excited to get it installed. We’re still waiting on the power to be added so it can be plugged in. I’ll post more updates once it’s installed. Looks beautiful. We just got the toilet installed and it is perfect! It wasn’t as difficult to install as we expected. Our toilet is in a small water closet so it was a bit difficult to manage to set it in place. Other than that, everything went well, and the toilet works perfectly! Yes, you really DO need this! Now that I have this, I can't imagine ever being without it! I have looked at and wanted a bidet for years and finally picked this one. We can't replace our toilet, and you don't need to, this Bidet Seat has EVERYTHING and works with your elongated toilet. It was a 3-minute install, so very easy to get it set up and running. We also do not have an outlet in the toilet room itself, but we ran a (3-prong) extension cord along the wall and plugged it into the closest outlet. We attached the cord with self-stick cord guides, and to me, it's worth seeing the cord along the floor. Ok, here's all the fun stuff, the LED lights can be changed or turned off. They are fun and double as a nightlight. What I really love is all of the sprayer options. You can change the water temperature, nozzle position, water pressure, front or rear sprayer, and the handheld sprayer along the side is great for cleaning the toilet. The seat opens and closes automatically when you walk up to it. I turned this feature off and just press a button on the remote to open and close. There is a dryer that also has temperature and air speed options. All of this can be turned on or off or adjusted with a touch of a button on the remote. There is a self-flush kit that is an option and the remote is set up for that. I didn't know about this or buy this, but decided I don't really need that. This is really truly amazing, the level of hygiene I have now makes this worth every single penny. I honestly can't imagine being without this. We mounted the remote on the wall (remote/wall hanger is included), and I just leave it there and push buttons. There is no extra spray, no leaking, no delays, everything works perfectly. Lastly, when unboxing, I noticed the seat opening looked slightly smaller than the toilet seat we were removing but, do not be alarmed because it is not noticeable at all when using, and I believe this is necessary for the water to stay inside. This is designed so incredibly well. I will never again have a toilet without a bidet seat. This is very high quality, I give it 10 stars, and I highly recommend this!. Ljc777. San Diego, CA. Thanks to the ReadyLock® installation system, you can add this smart toilet to your space without drilling into the floor, saving time and hassle.

There’s a lot of great features to love with the innate- the auto opening, heated seat, deodorizing, auto flush- all awesome. The pressure of the spray even at the lowest setting is a little intense for us but maybe we’ll get used to it. It was also pretty expensive to get installed by a plumber so factor that in if you’re not doing the work yourself.. Caitlin. Seattle, WA. Fri Jul 05 2024
