I bought this for a friend several years ago for her bedroom. Easy installation and I would have bought another of these when her living room ac failed but it wasn't available. She couldn't say enough about it for the price.. Sharon. NC. Fri Sep 11 2026

Came dented. Description wasn’t helpful online so wasn’t until I read the instructions in the box did I know other items needed to be purchased to install. Wayfair was very helpful to allow me to return for refund. Box it comes in is not returnable because of how it is made so needed to find a large enough box to ship it back.. Nathan. Palm Springs, CA.
