Remodel contractor here. Overall this is one of the better pans I’ve installed. However it was bowed up about 1/4” in the center along each side rail. Made installation pretty tricky. Had to reset the pan and mortar base a few times to make sure i had full contact underneath. Nothing you shouldn’t expect with the junk products everywhere these days.. Cduck. RI. Sat Nov 02 2024

I gave this so much thought. So happy I spent a few extra bucks and got this. You will need two people to move it. The recommended Kohler drain assembly is also a little more expensive but worth it. I’m 6 months in and I’m confident this shower pan will last a lifetime.. Nate. Newport, KY. Tue Aug 25 2020

Took way to long to receive...but it is a heavy product. Due to problems with delivery and length of time (months) to receive, was given a $100. credit... but due to unspecified time frame use limit...lost the credit. Cast iron shower base product was good. It does need more slip proof texture.. Colleen. Redding, CA. Mon Jan 15 2024

This took a month to be delivered, and slowed our remodel. So plan way ahead if you order this. It was worth the wait. Very heavy cast iron shower base. It is gorgeous and it will be very easy to clean once our remodeling is done and I have the shower door up. They delivered it inside my house. We loved that customer service. Otherwise we would not have been able to lift it. The plumbers did the rest. You need two men to carry it. Thank you Wayfair!. Stephanie. Glen Ellyn, IL. Sun May 25 2025

The transition from the wall panel to the floor shower pan is awful!! My brand spanking new bathroom is now tarnished by this shower, I can’t even tell you my dismay. Contractor told me I was getting a Kohler shower unit and I was excited, I’m a big fan of their products, until now. At first glance the shower looks good. But at the corner the radius creates an almost 2in lip, with an almost half in edge all around. Cleaning this is going to be a nightmare. A scrub brush can’t even reach that. And yes this is the correct “compatible” floor pan.. Mistar. Michigan. Wed Jan 08 2025
