The delivery men were great. They were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. This is my second purchase of the same screen door. The first one is exactly what I needed so I purchased a second for another door in my home.. Janet. US. Wed Sep 30 2026

The Courtyard security door features a traditionally designed security grid made of heavy-duty steel for enhanced security and style. Protect what matters most without compromising on style or everyday ease.

I have installed some of these years ago and they where good security doors. Now they are Cheap, flimsy, out of Square. The frames are made out of aluminum and not square tube steel, and the door knobs will collide with the door knob on the main front door because they make the frames to be recessed in the door jam. Instead the security door should mount on the out side of the door jam with a Square tube frame.. Bob The Builder. Denver Colorado. Sat May 18 2024

Grisham screen doors are amazing, bought 2 of them and the dogs jump on them and they do not break ..amazing. I wish they had sliding screen doors for a patio too :). Anonymous. Sat Sep 14 2024

The door arrived with some damage, the screen was damaged in several places. Fortunately my client was not planning on using the screen. Other than that the door converted from righthand to lefthand easily and installation was smooth. I also needed to replace the door closer as it was not operating correctly.. Kevin. Zionsville, PA. This was my first time ever ordering from Wayfair, which I expressed to the sales persons. With help from Sales Representative, Theresa, who was very patient and provided excellent service, she totaled my purchase and I submitted my payment and learn from her that one of the major items, a steel security door, was now out-of-stock. I inquired if the door would be restocked. Theresa transferred my call to another representative who could help. That individual was not very helpful and seem to rush me to chose two alternative doors. After viewing the alternative doors, I searched and saw one I liked, however, it was not on sale. The original price for the out-of-stock (on sale) door and the second door I selected were the same. I felt rushed to make a decision on the second choice. Instead of purchasing two security doors, the price increase for just one door was now close to the purchase price of the two doors I would have purchased on sale. Theresa was helpful however, the sales person she transferred me to seem to lack patience and wanted to hurry me off the phone. I was disappointed with not getting the original doors that I chose and wondered how the items can not be in stock after ringing them up for purchase. Later I purchased the second door of choice at full price, but wonder of this was a bait and switch incident.. Gail. Pikesville, MD. Sat Feb 22 2025

Absolutely Love this Deluxe steel security storm door by Grisham. It compliments my house beautifully adding value. My friend Beverly and a couple neighbors inquired where I purchased this door, intentions to get one for their home also. Maria. US. Wed Aug 28 2024

Imagines show inside and outside views. We are very happy with this door. Indeed, many neighbors have complimented us. Highly recommend. Can be installed with either swing direction and is very easy for two adults. The only downside is the door is loud when closed. It clangs unless closed very intentionally. I’m looking for a solution and will edit if I find one.. Dana. Houston, TX. Sat Nov 09 2024
