I love these tiles. But confused about why they are back ordered. I ordered 6 boxes originally in January but estimated delivery wasn't until June 4th. I was worried I might be short 1 box so I ordered one extra especially if I had to wait till June. But I got that box right away. And on the advice of your customer service person I went back into the program and expedited the order at a cost of over $200. I hope to get them soon. Have also ordered an addition 5 boxes for another part of the kitchen and again face a June 5th delivery.. Paul. Spring Hill, FL. Fri Feb 21 2025

Absolutely love the tile. Customer service was prompt and friendly but shipping was horrible. I ordered 5 cases. 3 arrived contacted customer service no problem we will send 2 more. Wait another week 1 case arrives. Contact customer service we’re sorry wait another week to finally get the complete order. 3 additional weeks three times rescheduled installers. No compensation even offered. These are very expensive tile and the delays the shipping department caused should have given me a huge credit or discount.. Monica. Roland, OK. Fri Feb 28 2020
