The matte tile itself is just what we wanted- it was a little warmer white than some of the stark white penny tile samples we looked at. The only issue we had was the delivery of the tile. We originally were given a delivery date a week out from when we placed the order and then we kept receiving updates that the delivery date was pushed weeks out. We received this item but haven't had a chance to install it yet. We ordered six boxes, and because I have had issues with tile sheets before, I decided to check each box and each sheet to make sure there were not a ton of flaws. Overall, I was pleased that only a couple of the tiles in a few boxes were scrapped/ had chips. The tile sheets look exactly like the photos.
