These are great! No sag, easy to install and a nice sleek clean look (so much better than the textured “acoustic” tiles these are replacing). I only ordered one pack so I could evaluate before I pulled the trigger for the whole ceiling. I even repurposed a half tile to make a custom ceiling-light medallion (pictured). Easy to cut as well. I absolutely love my new ceiling! My house was built in the 1960,s and the ceiling in the living room was horrible looking. We needed to install a drop ceiling and we decided to try the waterproof ceiling panel with the revealed edge so it would not look like a basement ceiling. The tiles are nice and light, yet they lay very nicely on the grid. The fact that they are washable is a huge plus. My husband cut the tiles to fit around the border using his table saw with a fine tooth blade. He also used scissors for a couple of tiles that needed fine tuning. The product is very easy to work with and is a rubbery plastic, not a brittle plastic, very nice quality. Lastly, Wayfar is a top notch company to buy from. Wish these came as individual pieces you can buy, we only ended up using 3 of them, but I love how they turned out! Did take a bit of trial and error to cut them to fit appropriately into our drop ceiling, but good product, doesn't bend or break easily. Not terribly impressed by this purchase. The "bronze burst" colour that I chose should be described as exactly what it is ... "dark brown". Also, the packaging can't be that great because the largest box of tiles I received had a pretty significant dent along an edge that affected every single tile in the box. We looked everywhere for someone to put this up for us. None would tackle it. So my husband and I put it up ourselves. Took a long time as we had to level the ceiling in an old house (about 10 hours) and then trying to get all the tiles up while working over our heads. This is DEFINITELY a two person job.
