Love it!!!! But just one thing, it is missing the remote control. It wasn’t inside the box, other than that I am happy with my new AC. Yazmin. US. Sat Jul 25 2026

Noice! I will get one of these for my room when mine goes out - this one was for one of the kiddos. Blows cold and cools fast, and it is quiet. The remote is a little frustrating and I haven't done the wifi bit yet, don't really care about all that. Samantha. Nacogdoches, TX. Tue Sep 01 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize how big this unit was. It does cool/heat a room fairly quickly. I did not know that it had a line to drain out of the window. I’m not a huge fan of that component. We did love the smart feature it offers. It was not too loud either.. Tressiej_2843. Sun May 18 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this mini split for a little while now and so far I really like it. It's very quite and cools the room down pretty fast. I was surprised by how quickly the room felt comfortable after turning it on. Its been running smoothly and i'm so happy with it. Jaylend. Thu Oct 08 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of the unit itself is not terribly difficult (though we found the template to be inaccurate size), but you definitely will need an electrician or AC specialist to finish it off (and to not void the warranty). Or just hire someone to install the whole thing. The interior unit is sleek and clean looking. It does require it to be certain distances from ceilings, corners, etc. The exterior unit comes with way longer tubing than most will need. I plan to have the exterior tubing shortened so it’s not all just coiled up like that. The unit is quiet, cools the space off very quickly (it’s in our new shed). I like that it has voice control ability, but that seems to only work with Alexa or Google Home, which we don’t have, so we will probably just stick with using the remote…though we might use the app as well. It’s quiet, too! It’s super hot here in south Alabama right now, so we haven’t tried out the heat aspect, but I imagine it will work just as well as the AC. It’s also great that it’s energy efficient, as we don’t want a huge power bill because we decided to climate control our new shed. Bottom line: I recommend it and would purchase another one if I needed one.. Jeanl. Thu Oct 08 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw mobile AC, I for sure thought that meant it could easily move from room to room without the hassle of being tied to a window. Unfortunately this needs to vent through a window in order to work properly. That might not be a negative for many, but for the tight space we were hoping to use this in (a bedroom), it’s a bit disappointing. As for the actual features. its large size will cool multiple rooms or a very large space quickly. The smart functions are a great bonus! It is heavy and sturdy, making me feel confident this will last a long time. It arrived in a box almost as big as a washing machine! It’s a big machine, with a lot of power! Perfect for the summer heat!. Jena102_3892. Sun May 18 2025
