I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time.
