Purchased in 2023. So it might seem odd to give a good review to a dehumidifier that ultimately stopped working. Was great while it lasted. This review is for the company Honeywell and there warranty. Make sure complete yours after purchase. They had all my info on file and agreed to refund me after almost two years. If and when I purchase again I will be looking at Honeywell products. The 5 year warranty really takes the worry out of the purchase.. Chillin. Ontario Canada. Thu Jan 16 2025

This dehumidifier is overall very quiet compared to previous ones we've owned. We live in Florida, so we needed a workhorse that can run consistently, stay fairly quiet, and blend in somewhat with our decor. This fits the bill! It does heat up the surrounding area a bit while working, but manages to cool down the overall space quite well. Very happy so far!. Melissa. Watkinsville, GA. Thu Feb 13 2025
