I haven't installed it yet, so I dont know how easy that is, but it was packaged really well. The box was a little beat up but there's actually another box inside of it so there was no damage to the shower pan. It's super heavy and feels really nice. Remodel contractor here. Overall this is one of the better pans I’ve installed. However it was bowed up about 1/4” in the center along each side rail. Made installation pretty tricky.
