Arrived on time the color is beautiful, a nice matte finish black. It has lights like lead .i need a professional plumber with some electrical experience. This bad boy arrived very well packaged. I was surprised how heavy it felt. The unit by itself is not heavy at all but looks like its made to last high with quality material. This looks nice and the quality is as expected for the price, but the waterlines that attach to the wall stub-outs are just too short, as there's no room to fit it all where the lines reach to because of all the piping tucked into the body of the panel. We ended up buying 30" waterlines to replace the ones already attached, and we are setting the lines that stub out from the wall higher up to allow for placement in a part of the panel body that has more room.
