Tile is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Impressed by the manufacturer packaging as the shipping company damaged the outer cases but none of the tiles were broken. Tile is very thick and heavy. My order was 8 cases which were packed in three shipping boxes. Subsequently I had to order four more cases to finish the job. All arrived in perfect condition. I used a charcoal gray grout.. Ronald. The tile quality is great with no breakage. This is aqua blue but I ordered soft grey. Since the contractor was already here, I didnt want to delay the remodel by exchanging the tiles so went with it. The color is nice even though its not my original design vision. The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box.
