I ordered a box of basket weave mosaic tile which took about a week to arrived in a well packed box. The tile comes in a box of five. Its a very nice tile with great texture and design. I love the look of the tile. I planned to put the tile in a bathroom so I laid down a piece of tile to check on the texture that you would be walking on since my mom has balance issues. It would also look great on a wall which is option for the use. The directions says a professional should lay the tile down. I would recommend ordering enough tile for your walls or floor. I ordered the sample tile about six months before I went ahead and ordered this for my backsplash. In that time, I scratched at it, scraped it, and dropped it to see if the wood look facade would come off the glass tile. It did not budge, so I ordered the tile. It looks beautiful in person and is even textured like wood look tile. It is expensive, but it’s more than worth the cost. My tile guy installed it quickly and with almost no waste because it was so easy to cut and install. We ordered about 29 square feet for the 21 square feet we needed, and we ended up with about two wasted tiles total, so we had two whole boxes left over. The only reason I didn’t give this tile 5 stars is because it is peel and stick, and nothing in the description told me that. It was actually a pleasant surprise for my tile guy because it was even easier to install. He said it was very high end and was surprised something so nice would even be peel and stick. He also said the “sticky” backing was very good, and he believed it would last well over time. I like to find unusual materials for my decorating projects, and I fell in love with these tiles on sight. The 2x6 size was a little pricy for me, so I created a design incorporating the 2x6 with the 12x24 and a contrasting 24 bullnose trim. Absolutely love the look. The grass color is more of a sage than a true green, not bright but beautiful and understated, especially with the matte linen texture. Be aware that these are porcelain and extremely hard to drill into. If you want to hang accessories for towels or TP, I recommend the following Mark the spot and cover with clear packing tape. Use a glass tile spade-type bit just to pierce the surface. Then use a concrete bit larger than the hole you need just to make a divot (the initial pierce will keep the bit from wandering). Finally, put a diamond bit into the divot and drill all the way through. Trust me, you will need that diamond bit - before I discovered it, I spent 45 minutes drilling one hole. Also, be sure to spray the concrete and diamond bits with water continually while drilling. These were a lot of work (leveling, spacing, and lots of grout lines to fill), but totally worth it!. Love the tile! Shipping, however, was a nightmare. First delivery, we had two boxes of six which were snapped in half and unusable. Customer Care was very helpful in getting replacements sent, but they promised the packages would ship via Fed-Ex or UPS instead of a freight carrier so they would be handled more carefully and - once again- the boxes arrived and one of them was cracked and all of the tiles were broken.
