4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from . Jayne. IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

A toilet is just a toilet to me but for my wife she wanted one of these state of the art toilets ( smart bidet toilet) SOOO me being the great husband that I am I got it for her. I got to say I’m not hatting it. Now don’t get me wrong I would not have bought a 2k toilet or anything outrages but for the price this was pretty good. It’s functional and it brought the bathroom together. The only bad thing is I thought that the seat went up and down on its own . Oh well baggers can’t be choosers.. Juan. Kansas City, MO. Great looking toilet, very compact. But we had to move the water supply line because the skirt on this toilet goes all the way to the wall and supply needs to be more than the standard distance from the center of the toilet.. Bernard. Brooklyn, NY. Fri Oct 17 2025

We got 3 of these for our home. I absolutely love them! The only downsides are 1) they get clogged easy. Flush twice. 2) they are quite loud when you sit on them, they make a beep sound 3) you will get used to having a warm seat and hate any other toilets you use! lol. Lauren. Ottawa, KS. The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. And could BARLEY tighten the bolts to the floor because they are inside small holes that don't allow for a ratchet. Maybe I got it barely tight enough!. Robert. Fairfax, VA. Tue Aug 18 2026
