The tub is as perfect as the picture. The box was a little pushed in on one side and one of the delivery men quickly opened the box and it appeared there was no damage. As we all know, this bathtub was made of acrylic, With proper care, even an acrylic tub can last for many years. However, materials like acrylic and fiberglass are the most vulnerable to damage, and you may need to refinish the tub periodically.
