I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush. The first seat that I received had a problem with a constant leak from the drying outlet, just beside the nozzle. It leaked into the toilet whenever it was plugged in. I was so disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer at the email address on the box, and received a reply within 24 hours. A nice lady called Lisa asked me to send pictures and videos showing the problem, as well as a proof of purchase, which I did. She then wrote back with a solution and video instructions on how to fix the problem. I had to disassemble de device and move the float inside which was probably stuck. She assured me that any tinkering of that sort would not void the warranty. So I tried and it worked!! I now have a bidet seat in perfect working order. I give 5 stars for the excellent service at Wayfair and also at Empava! Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
