I don’t even like taking a bath, and it’s become my favorite Sunday afternoon activity. So relaxing. The water stays hot and I feel wonderful for hours after. The size is perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled the tub area and shower of my master bathroom and had originally thought of a ceramic tub. Since the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, my contractor said we would need to bring the ceramic tub in through the window...in January...using a forklift! I took one star off because after my discussion with customer service, it was told me that there was a opening for pipes to come in at the bottom of the base, there wasn't any opening at the bottom of the base it was completely solid.
