I have been using this item for over a month, and it has worked very well so far. It was well packed and arrived on time. It has many settings, and it comes with everything you need to install it. However, I only installed the shower head and arm because to install the handle wall; I needed to break the wall to change the valve. This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. My original was a basic 1997 tub/shower combo. So we only had one tub faucet and one shower head. Converting to a luxury walk-in shower, I knew I wanted some bells and whistles.
