I have been using this item for over a month, and it has worked very well so far. It was well packed and arrived on time. It has many settings, and it comes with everything you need to install it. However, I only installed the shower head and arm because to install the handle wall; I needed to break the wall to change the valve. This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point.
