Very hard to find anywhere else. So glad to find it on Wayfair. Too many other hardware stores just said, "cut out the floor joist". This worked perfectly to ensure that the joist stayed intact and didn't need to cut and didn't affect the structural integrity.. Gale. PA. Mon Mar 06 2023
