Very nice product, good value. 2026 update: bought this a long time ago in anticipation of remodeling our guest bathroom, which we finally completed. Didn't use the ceiling mounted rain head. Diverter still works effectively and I like that you can turn on one or the other or both at the same time! I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts.
