This flooring is perfect for the entry area of our house. Initially I was skeptical about ordering 'vinyl' type flooring - we had just put in new hardwood floors (acacia) which is pretty 'stout' and I didn't want something flimsy tying into it especially in a high traffic area. This Engineered Tile is definitely not flimsy, more like slate. I use a wood stove as my primary heat, so this entry sees a lot of heavy traffic and this tile handles it. I would buy it again.. The Lutea collection is inspired by the lotus flower’s symbolism and natural resistance to water and damage. Sturdy planks are completely waterproof and the designs are colors and textures found in nature. Lutea Rigid Core Flooring is perfect for high moisture areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and basements.  While this collection has a strong core, making it resistant to denting from dropped items, it also contains enhanced dimensional stability and resists scratches, stains and scuffs.

Most of the product arrived damaged. Company sent more out, with two of the three boxes arriving damaged again.. Sean. Lewisberry, PA. Wed Oct 16 2024

I have had good luck since 2018 with Wayfair- however, while this floor is a high quality floor, it was not packaged or delivered with care. Every box received had broken pieces- we were unable to complete the floor - we are a few pieces short- we have had two different replacement boxes both came with every piece broken and unusable. This is an interlocking floor- it must not have broken edges. Customer service has been professional however the floor was ordered Nov 21st and as of today Dec 28 I still do not have what we need to complete the floor- this is a bathroom and the inability to use it is exasperating.. Color looks green in the picture but it is really a gray color. Returned because it wasn’t what I was wanting.. Samantha. Mount Laurel, NJ. Fri Mar 06 2026

Ordered one box to see what the color and product quality is like. Color is great. Not sure when the pieces got chipped but looks like the box was not handled well as all of the same corners are damaged as well as in other areas. I would like a refund on this box and would also like to order enough for our home if you can guarantee it wont be damaged or we will be refunded. Thanks. Adele. Comox, BC. Tue Sep 30 2025
