Fairly straightforward to install. Everything needed to install venting is supplied. Been installed for about six weeks and everything is working as expected. This hot water heater is whisper quiet. The only way i know that it is working is by turning on hot water faucet. As far as durability - we will have to wait and see. Delivery was quick and the staff was courteous and helpful. After reading about several other manufacturers and models - noise seemed to be a primary issue with the indirect vent heaters. As stated earlier I don't even know this is running. And that is with six people taking showers everyday plus two dishwashers, two washing machines. Would do everything the same way all over again.
