I think your internet sales is lacking common sense and discernment. When I spoke to one of your reps I asked if they could verify the dimensions of the sink. They of course said yes and verified it without looking at the product. I have submitted pictures to point out the obvious. Can I just say for the 3rd time THE PRODUCT YOU ARE SELLING DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION YOU ARE ADVERTISING! Worse yet, I bought the sink based on the reassurance of your rep. Now, imagine my shocked face when I get the sink and IT IS NOT WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. I can't go without saying thank you! I now have to relabel and find a FedEx drop somewhere across town. Care to know how much time I have wasted and can't bill the client for? Have a great week!. Parish. Fort Wayne, IN. Mon Sep 19 2022

Let’s try to understand why things can be anti-scratch. It is hard. The harder material can scratch the softer surface. We all know that diamond is the hardest thing in the world. So that diamond can even cut glass. The surface of the PVD color kitchen sink. In this case, the PVD color kitchen sink is more anti-scratch than other kitchen sinks. Please notice a strong sourcing pad cannot be applied to the PVD color sink! There are abrasive particles as hard as they can make a scratch on any materials.

From the moment we opened the box, I was impressed! The installer commented that the quality and thickness is much better than from our local big-box home improvement center. I looks gorgeous and is the start of a mini kitchen refresh for me. After using it for a couple of days, I still love the look and function of this sink. A super level cabinet is important, mine kitchen is dated so I get a bit of pooling in corner. Definitely wipe this down with a soft cloth at the end of the day to prevent water spots.. Lori. The kitchen sink, the real handmade kitchen sink. It is true we now use updated technology in our production, such as nano, PVD, and even robot hand. Still, I must emphasize kitchen sink is the handmade sink, not a machine press sink. You will find there is the difference between a handmade sink and machine pressed sink. Generally speaking, machine pressed sink looks round, and it is thin and soft, so it is noisy and not durable. It is the entry-level kitchen sink. It is ok for your rental home or first-time renovation. But if you are looking for something good, machine pressed sink cannot be the choice. Every joint, welding, polish, and corner rounding is done by the craftsman by hand. In fact, these processes have to be done by experienced masters; otherwise, the expensive materials will be ruined. Craftsmen pay a lot of attention to the details to present the perfect goods to customers.
