We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. We had to replace laminate multiple times but with the flex it allows the give that we need. Love this product!!. Nicole. New York. Thu May 07 2026

I put these on my 4x4 inch (ugly) tile floor over two years ago and they still look fantastic. They have molded to the ups and downs of the tiles and, surprisingly, have not moved over the course of the years - and this is in the kitchen so they get A LOT of wear and tear. I definitely recommend these! Also put them in the entry way, and covering those same ugly tiles around the fireplace. Looks so much nicer!! Because the fireplace is vertical, I did use some extra glue to make sure they stay stuck on. Love them!. Sara. Highlands Ranch, CO. Sat May 29 2021

I cut these tiles down to create a herringbone pattern in our bathroom. Please excuse the grout haze that still needs to be cleaned. They cut pretty well, but the finish on some tiles was textured while others were smooth. Overall, they worked great for this project and they’ve been holding up well over the last several months.. I had ordered this to match the same pattern in our kitchen, and discovered it wasnt the same click and lock tile from that room. Instead, although the same pattern it is glue down. We decided to try it anyway and low and behold, it actually is better than click and lock because you cant see the seams and its a tighter fit! Who knew Pleased with this purchase!. Jo K.
