Finally had an installer show up unpackaged and it was in good shape and I'm very happy with the door. Installer did not use the framing that came with it in separate box. He said that would cost me more money so I'm not happy about that because now I have beautiful framing just sitting in a box in my garage. I understand taking all the framing off and my screen door and reframing would have taken more time. Nice wood grain look installer suggested I stain it but I'm happy with it white for now.. Shelly. I was disappointed to find that door does NOT have glass panels, despite the images making it look like it does. Unfortunately I did not realize until after the carpenter installed it. Overall the door is beautiful and well-made, so I am saving myself the trouble and keeping it, but will be disappointed to not have the extra light. The images are misleading and should be amended.
