This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point. I was hesitant to purchase this product since so many other reviewers complained about the plastic. However, it is literally identical to metal but without the buildup. Kohler specifically designed it this way with intentionality. It still feels substantial. It’s beautiful. I will circle back with another review once installed in our new bathroom. However, I think this was a more than fair price point considering the product. It’s still clearly Kohler quality, albeit something you may not expect from a traditional faucet.
