Karson 96'' Double Bathroom Vanity with Ceramic Top with Mirror

The vanity itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent. It arrived without 3 of the drawer handles and since it was outside the 30 day window (we are building a new house and had to wait for the contractor's timeline to install), Wayfair was ZERO help. They told me I'd have to contact the vendor and couldn't provide any contact info. When I look up the vendor online, there is only an email address. Tried to email them and got a non-deliverable. Very disappointed in Wayfair and Wade Logan. I've purchased many items from Wayfair for this new house and signed up as a Rewards Member.....you'd think they'd be a little more accommodating.

We are remodeling a house, so I haven't actually installed the vanity, but when we opened the box I was very happy. It looks just like what I ordered. It appears to be very good quality.

Good vanity and glad to find something so big. Looks nice in our bathroom. I wish it had adjustable feet for making sure it’s level on the legs instead of pins. The main counter tops we got were also 1/4” different in depth - one has an overhang and the other does not. Overall glad to be able to buy something and not go custom - big price savings. Love the seamless porcelain countertop-sink.

The quality of this piece is very good and I love the modern look of it. The fact that the pieces are separate so they can be easily moved is a boon. One thing that is misleading in the listing: the tops of the drawer stacks and the sink bases are of different materials. The integrated sink counter tops are porcelain, as described on the website. The drawer stack counter tops appear to be quartz, which is actually what I would have preferred overall. Due to the different materials the tops don't match. They do look good together, so no issue for me but the listing needs to be corrected, IMHO. Something that seems to be a small issue, but is quite disappointing (and why I downgraded the rating) is that drawer interiors are actually quite small. On the drawer stacks the interiors are only about 10" x 7.5" x 5". Since there are quite a lot of them it should help keep small things organized. The big disappointment is that the wide drawers are about 1/2" inch too shallow for a roll of toilet paper -- which was what I had intended to store in them. There is no efficient way to store TP in a drawer at all, really. The small drawers only hold a roll or two. The specifications on the listing does not have drawer INTERIOR dimensions. I may not have ordered this had I known the actual dimensions. As mentioned in other reviews, the color is quite dark -- almost, but not quite, black.

Beautiful set. Open soon after arrival. I had to wait for my contractor and found out after the 30 days that one of the small cabinets was missing.

The vanity is just as I expected, solid wood ,nicely built, love the soft close drawers, lots of storage and counter space

Im very worried that Im not going to get all the boxes. It took 6 weeks to have the order delivery set up. There are supposed to be 6 boxes. I got 2. Only the vanities with the sinks. I didnt get the 3 accent pieces or mirrors. I didnt sign until I talked to a wayfair representative named Vivian. I also spoke to a warehouse delivery manager named Dan. Both were very nice and assured me Id get the other 4 boxes and to sign that I received the shipment. I signed and tonight when I checked the status of the missing 4, it says they were all delivered. Im so scared Im not going to get the missing 4 boxes. it was a very expensive set and I really want it.

The vanity is beautiful and it was packed very well so no chips or damage. The delivery team was very professional.
