Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and the variety of colors available, noting that it complements their sinks and faucets well. Many reviewers praise the product's quality, describing it as heavy and well-made. The functionality is generally considered good, with the stopper working effectively. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, as multiple customers report the paint chipping or peeling after only a few months of use.
