Customers are pleased with the product's appearance, noting its classy and beautiful look that elevates the sink. The functionality is also highly regarded, with the pop-up mechanism described as smooth and responsive, and the overflow feature providing peace of mind. Installation is generally considered easy, though some users mention the need for additional sealant to prevent leaks. The color is accurately represented and matches well with fixtures. Opinions on size are mixed, with some finding it perfect and others too large, while one reviewer noted the pop-up cover was larger than expected but still looked good.
