Customers find this product to be visually appealing and comfortable, with many praising its beautiful appearance and perfect size for various spaces. However, there are significant concerns regarding stability, as the chair tends to tip forward, especially when sitting near the edge. Opinions on quality are mixed, with some reviewers noting excellent craftsmanship and others reporting issues with cheap materials and poor construction.
