Customers are highly satisfied with the product's appearance, describing it as gorgeous, classy, elegant, and high-end, with a sleek and modern style that elevates their bathrooms. Many feel it offers good value, noting that the waterproof material saved them money on renovations. The product's style is frequently praised for its unique metal basin and rich finishes, making it look like it belongs in a luxury hotel. However, some customers noted that the stainless steel top scratches easily and that the drawers are not very sturdy. The sink's shape also received a mixed review regarding drainage, and the soft-close feature was inconsistent for some.
