Customers praise the product's excellent quality, attractive appearance, and beautiful finish. The hardware is described as solid and substantial, with a nice shine. Some reviewers noted that the components are well-made, and the color options are appealing. However, one customer found the gold color to be darker than expected, making it difficult to match with other fixtures. Another reviewer mentioned that while the ends are solid, the bar itself flexes more than anticipated for the price.
