Customers generally praise the product's appearance and design, noting its high-end look and elegant style. The ease of use and functionality are also highlighted, with reviewers appreciating the lift-up post for easy roll replacement. However, opinions on quality are mixed, with some finding it good and others deeming it poor for the price, particularly regarding the hollow underside and the half-tube design. Some customers also noted that screws are visible from the top, which detracts from the design.
