Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and elegant design, noting its high quality and solid construction. The size is generally well-received, fitting well on desks and nightstands. The brightness is considered good for task lighting and reading. However, some reviewers mention that the lamp head has limited positioning and that the black coating on the shade can scratch easily.
