Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting it enhances the look of their cabinets and drawers. The item is also described as easy to install. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the finish, finding it to be painted rather than a natural metal appearance, and have received incorrect finishes. There are also concerns regarding the size accuracy and the screws provided for installation.
