Customers find the product to be comfortable and of good quality, with a nice color that does not fade. The material is generally well-received, with some noting it feels more like linen and becomes cozier after washing. However, opinions on the material's softness are mixed, with some finding it rough initially or even after multiple washes, while others describe it as soft and cool.
