Customers highly praise the product's appearance, quality, and style, noting its beautiful look and elevated matte finish. Many find it to be a great value for the price, with some stating it looks more expensive than it is. Opinions on color are mixed, as one customer found it did not match previously ordered tiles, while another found it unique and a third suggested using darker grout to enhance the checkered effect.
