This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required. Nameek recommends a licensed plumber or professional for all installations or repairs. Nameek does not imply that the products comply with local building and plumbing codes. The customer is responsible to determine if the product complies with their local building and plumbing codes. Nameek is not responsible for any damage due to improper installation, improper repair, improper use, improper maintenance, altered products, or failure to use a licensed plumber or professional. Any damage to the purchased product as a result of negligence, modification, misuse, or abuse will void the warranty. Nameek is not responsible for any expenses related to labor charges, removal costs, or installation costs. Nameek is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred in the installation, repair, replacement, return, or use of the product. This includes, without limitation, freight costs, property damages, personal injuries, or economic loss. Nameek's liability on any claim, in no event, shall exceed the original purchase price of the product.
