Customers overwhelmingly praise the product's beautiful appearance and elegant design, noting it as a statement piece that enhances their spaces. Many find it to be a great value for the price, with good quality construction. However, installation is frequently described as challenging due to long cords that are difficult to manage and pack into the fixture. Some customers also reported receiving damaged or defective parts, though replacements were often provided.
