Customers find the product to be a good size, with some noting it is larger than expected but perfect for their space. It is also described as comfortable, being soft yet firm enough for use as a seat or footstool. However, opinions on quality and value are negative, with several reviewers stating it is expensive for the quality received and that it began to pill and look used quickly.
