• Library ladder with rail kit includes 2 Upper assemblies, 2 bottom wheels, 7 step supports, track mounting brackets, (2) 6 ft. of rail (Total of 12 ft. of rail), 2-rail end caps, and all required fasteners. PLEASE NOTE: If ordering the BRUSHED SATIN BRASS hardware, you will receive four 3ft. sections of rails (Total of 12 ft. of rail) with the rail connectors
• The center of the rail must be mounted at 91.75 in. H (from the floor)
• 96.75 in. x 16 in. The unfinished ready-to-assemble ladder can be painted, stained, or left as is to coordinate with your décor
• Ladder hardware system features exclusive braking wheels that utilizes a spring to lock the wheel which prevents the ladder from moving left or right when a user steps onto the ladder, the break activates at appx 125lbs and can be adjusted down to 70lbs on site
• The ladder can be stored on the railing when not in use
• Pro Tip: The ladder in the stored position is 7 in. from the center of the rail to the top of the ladder, when the ladder is in the climbing position there is 3 in. from the center of the rail to the top of the ladder
• In the climbing position, the ladder's rolling wheels are approximately 24 in. from the wall
