Customers appreciate the product for its beautiful appearance, sturdy build, and great value for the price. Many note that it looks high-end and fits well in entryways or living spaces. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly and quality, noting that putting it together is time-consuming with many pieces, and the faux wood materials feel thin or cheap to some.
