Warranty Details

Coverings: Leathers and fabrics are warranted to be free from defects for one year. This, however, does not cover abuse. The application of any anti-stain treatments, or the use of any cleaning compounds, other than brush vacuuming, renders this warranty null and void. Natural markings on Leather, such as scars, brands, grain variations wrinkles, etc., are normal characteristics and are not construed as defects. Where evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse, or where the leather or fabric has had some form of chemical applied, the warranty will not apply. Are only warranted to the extent of the warranty provided by the fabric suppliers to European Furniture. Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics typically do not guarantee the products for wear because they cannot control use. Colorfastness, shrinkage, and pilling of fabrics are not covered under this warranty. Consistent with major fabric producers and furniture manufacturers, European Furniture in its sole discretion may refuse warranty coverage where “aftermarket” fabric, leather protectors, or coatings have been applied. Chemicals in these applications can change the characteristics of certain fabrics and cause early failure, color changes, and other damage. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Frame: European Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, that the wood frame is free from manufacturing defects for 1 year of the wood frame from the date of delivery, under normal use and conditions. The warranty coverage does not apply to furniture used for commercial purposes, or furniture altered from its original state or moved from its original delivery address. This warranty is not transferable This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased “as is” (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). This warranty does not apply to European furniture purchased from non-authorized European Furniture. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim.
