All about modern LLC/new mojo currently offers a 1-year limited warranty excluding labor, against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials on all its products under normal residential use for a 1 year period commencing from the initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder, so long as the product remains in use in its original place of installation, and is installed by a fully insured and licensed professional. In no event shall the liability of all about modern LLC exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty covers replacement parts for products purchased by the original owner/end-user for household/non-commercial use only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. All parts and replacements must be approved and authorized by all about modern LLC. It is at the sole discretion of all of modern LLC, to replace, repair, or make appropriate adjustments within the warranty period. The replacement product will be the same as the existing product, however, if the original product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted. Once warranty replacement parts are shipped, the warranty is activated and the product cannot be returned for a refund thereafter. The warranty obligation shall be discharged upon tender of parts, replacement, or repair of the product. The cost of freight for returning products to all about modern LLC and the costs of shipping to the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty does not cover costs associated with damage that may occur during installation, removal, reinstallation, replacement, and/or repair. No responsibility is assumed by all about modern LLC for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance/care/cleaning, improper installation or operations on the part of the purchaser, acts of god, or product modification. In order to file a warranty claim, the following information is required: proof of purchase or sales receipt from the original consumer purchase, invoice or original purchaser name, brief description of the problem (please note that additional information such as photos may be required to fully process your warranty claim), product model number, name, address, and telephone number. All about modern LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, being understood that such modifications will not alter the original warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.
