Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and sleek design, noting it fits well with kitchen cabinetry. The ease of use, particularly the touch-to-open feature and responsive controls, is frequently highlighted. Users also find the capacity to be generous, accommodating large plates and dishes. The product functions well, with many praising its efficiency and even heating capabilities. However, some users find the controls difficult to read due to their waist-level placement, and there are mixed opinions on the sensor cook and reheat functions, with some experiencing overcooking.
