Customers are highly satisfied with the product, praising its excellent quality, elegant appearance, and effective functionality. The ease of installation is frequently highlighted, with many reviewers noting it as a straightforward process. The design is also well-received, contributing to a more upscale shower experience. While most feedback is positive, a few users mentioned that the collar on the arm slips and spins freely, which they found disappointing given the price.
