Customers report that the faucet itself is nice, but the sprayer frequently malfunctions, sticking open and failing to shut off after only a few months of use. This issue impacts the product's durability and functionality, with many experiencing repeated failures. While some found the spray kit easy to install, the recurring problems with the sprayer lead to frustration and a desire for replacement parts or alternative brands.
