Customers generally praise the product's appearance, quality, and design, noting its clean, high-end, and sleek look. Many find it to be well-made, sturdy, and a good match for their bathrooms. Compatibility with other fixtures is also highlighted positively. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it to be a true gold or matte black, while others felt it was more bronze or a different shade of gold than expected.
